3. Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

5. Exceptional Circumstances

No cancellation fee will apply where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, where applicable under the CPA.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after cancellation confirmation.

7. Remote Area Charges

If additional delivery fees apply due to remote area shipping, you may cancel your order without penalty if you do not accept the additional cost.

8. Right of Admission

We reserve the right of admission to our physical store and may restrict access to our website where necessary.
