Forged chrome vanadium steel. Full hardening at the body. Polished head and joint. Induction hardening at the cutting edge. Electrical insulation up to 1.000 V AC. DIN ISO 5746. We test the durability of our pliers cutting edge using a specially designed machine. The pliers have a different hardness at the cutting edge and at the body. The pliers are also tested for the adherence of the PVC grip. We also test the insulation levels of the injected PVC grip this guarantees safety for use in places with currents up to 1000 V AC. Used to pull, fasten, roll, bend and cut wires and thin metal sheets. Tools are produced and tested according to specific standards.
