The purchase of the Bosch PFS 5000 E was made to replace my old Bosch PFS 65 which had provided sterling service through the years. Regrettably it has been discontinued by Bosch. Increasingly it was being drafted to perform tasks well beyond its scope of service. Hence the need for the larger machine.
Owing to the weather, I’ve not had an opportunity to use the new Bosch PFS 5000 E for any particular project but have done test runs and the unit works perfectly. It is versatile, has very long air-hose that keeps the air intake suitability distant from the gun and has a choice of three nozzle caps to accommodate a range of different work. The overall design is practical and the build-quality is great.
