DetailsThe MT575 is a 10kV High Voltage Insulation Tester with measurements from 1000V DC to 10,000V DC, and will automatically discharge the circuit after the test has been completed. Using the rotary selector switch, 4 preset ranges of 1000V, 2500V, 5000V and 10 000V can be selected, with an insulation resistance up to 2TΩ. The microprocessor controlled MT575 is ideal for analyzing the insulation characteristics of cables, transformers, motors, generators, high pressure switches, insulators and large wiring installations as the short circuit current output is up to 5mA. 200 test measurement results can be saved in the memory of the meter and recalled onto the LCD display. The large intelligent LCD display consists of 2 lines x 16 characters, indicating the reading of insulation, measuring time, output voltage and output current. The MT575 can measure AC and DC voltage up to 600V and is housed in a robust case ideal for extended field use, powered by 8 pieces “C” 1.5V batteries.
