The Grandstream WP820 is a portable Wi-Fi IP phone designed for businesses in sectors such as retail, logistics, healthcare, and security. It features dual-band 802.11n Wi-Fi with advanced antenna technology and roaming capabilities for reliable connectivity. Supporting two SIP accounts and two lines, the WP820 offers flexible communication options. High-definition voice quality comes from a dual-microphone design with Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) and Noise Shield Technology. The phone includes Bluetooth headset compatibility, a configurable push-to-talk button, an accelerometer, a micro USB port, and a 3.5mm headset jack. A rechargeable 1500mAh battery provides up to 7.5 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby. Centralised management and configuration are handled through Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS).
